Technician is the 1st level of license and grants the following privileges:
- VHF/UHF
- 6 meters
- 2 meters
- 1.25 meters
- 70 cm
- 33 cm
- 23 cm
- HF
- Portion of 10 meters (CW/SSB only)
- 15 meters (CW only)
- 40 meters (CW only)
- 80 meters (CW only)
- Lots of other bands in the gigahertz range
